Boone County Health Center Foundation
The Boone County Health Center Foundation, created in 1988, is a not-for-profit, tax exempt, charitable organization that is governed independently by the hospital and an eight member Board of Directors. This board is comprised to local leaders who are caring and sensitive to the health care needs of people in our service area.
Our Mission
To seek, receive and administer donations and gifts which support health care offered to the service area by Boone County Health Center and clinics.
Our Purpose
The purpose of the Foundation is to provide resources for the advancement of quality health care for the residents of Boone County and the Health Center's service area. Foundation support is not allocated to the day-to-day operational funds for Boone County Health Center. The Foundation provides avenues through which donors can share in the philanthropic goals for the Health Center. This can be done in a variety of ways and can be of current nature or may be a planned or deferred gift .
