The Boone County Health Center Foundation recognizes the importance of saying "Thank You" to each donor. Donor recognition comes in several forms.
Tree of Memorials
Brass plates on the beautiful oak tree in the Boone County Health Center lobby bear the names of those who have contributed $100 or more to the Foundation. Levels of giving include:
- $100 - $249: Friend
- $250 - $499: Colleague
- $500 - $999: Benefactor
- $1,000-$4,999: Philantropist
- $5,000 & Above: Humanitarian
