Donor Recognition
The Boone County Health Center Foundation recognizes the importance of saying "Thank You" to each donor. Donor recognition comes in several forms.
Tree of Memorials
Brass plates on the beautiful oak tree in the Boone County Health Center lobby bear the names of those who have contributed $250 or more to the Foundation. Levels of giving include:
- $250 - $499: Friend
- $500 - $999: Colleague
- $1,000 - $4,999: Benefactor
- $5,000 - $9,999: Philantropist
- $10,000 & Above: Humanitarian

Newsletter Recognition
A list of donors is published annually in the Boone County Health Center's newsletter which is distributed to over 8,500 residents in the surrounding area.
Annual Recognition Dinner
As a way to offer our heartfelt thanks in person, donors are invited to a Recogniton Dinner held annually in April.
